Reiki
Reiki comes form two Japenese words - Rei meaning Universal, & Ki meaning life force energy. Universal life force energy runs through all living things. We receive this energy from a number of sources including sunshin, air & food & it can be increased through Reiki. When the energy is high you feel strong & confident, but when it is low you can feel weak, vulnerable & be prone to sickness.
